Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: December 17, 2025.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by EGY Blanco for Security ("we," "our," or "us"), including security guarding, surveillance systems, VIP/executive protection, Event & Party Security, and related services in Egypt. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Agreement Scope These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Client") and EGY Blanco for Security for all services provided.
Acceptance By requesting, receiving, or continuing to use our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully accept these Terms.
Updates We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Eligibility You must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of yourself or your entity.

Definitions

Term Meaning
ClientThe individual, company, or entity engaging our security services.
CompanyEGY Blanco Security, including its affiliates, subsidiaries, and authorized personnel.
ServicesSecurity guarding, patrols, surveillance, VIP protection, Event & Party Security, risk assessment, and related security services.
SiteThe premises or location(s) where the Services are to be performed.
Intellectual PropertyTrademarks, logos, website content, training materials, methodologies, and any proprietary information owned by the Company.

Scope of Services

Service Element Description
DutiesPatrolling, access control, monitoring, incident response, and other duties as specifically set out in the service agreement.
PersonnelTrained, licensed, and vetted security personnel provided by the Company.
EquipmentAny equipment supplied by us (e.g., radios, uniforms, cameras) remains the sole property of the Company.
ModificationsAny changes to the scope of services must be agreed in writing and may result in adjustment of fees.

Client Rights and Obligations

Category Details
RightsReceive services as agreed in the contract; request performance reports; terminate subject to notice period.
ObligationsProvide safe access to the site, accurate information, safe working conditions; make timely payments; indemnify the Company against claims arising from Client’s negligence or instructions.
ProhibitionsClient shall not direct security personnel outside the agreed scope of services or attempt to hire/solicit Company personnel.

Company Rights and Obligations

ObligationsSupply qualified and licensed personnel; maintain appropriate insurance; comply with applicable Egyptian laws and regulations.
RightsRefuse to perform assignments deemed unsafe; suspend services for non-payment; enforce protection of Company Intellectual Property.

Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

Aspect Details
LimitationsThe Company shall not be liable for losses caused by force majeure, Client negligence, third-party actions, or events beyond our reasonable control. Total liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected services.
IndemnityThe Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from Client’s misuse of services, site hazards, or breach of these Terms.
InsuranceThe Company maintains appropriate liability insurance. The Client is responsible for maintaining adequate insurance coverage for its own assets and premises.

Intellectual Property Protection

Protection Details
OwnershipAll trademarks, service marks, logos, content, methodologies, training materials, and website assets are the exclusive property of EGY Blanco for Security and protected under Egyptian and international intellectual property laws.
UsageNo reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of Company Intellectual Property is permitted without prior written authorization.
Brand IdentityUse of Company name, logo, or branding in any manner suggesting endorsement or affiliation is prohibited without express written consent.
Content ProtectionAll website content is copyrighted; any unauthorized copying, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited.

Confidentiality

Obligation Details
Non-DisclosureBoth parties undertake not to disclose any confidential information obtained during the provision or receipt of services.
DurationConfidentiality obligations survive termination of the agreement for a period of five (5) years.
ExceptionsInformation that is already publicly known, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law is excluded from confidentiality obligations.

Termination

Condition Details
NoticeEither party may terminate the agreement by providing thirty (30) days’ written notice.
Immediate TerminationEither party may terminate immediately in case of material breach, insolvency, or revocation of necessary licenses.
Post-TerminationAll outstanding payments remain due; supplied equipment must be returned; confidentiality obligations continue.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Aspect Details
Governing LawThese Terms are governed exclusively by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, including the provisions of the Egyptian Civil Code.
JurisdictionAny disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
ResolutionParties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with Egyptian Arbitration Law No. 27 of 1994.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes may also be communicated by email or prominent notice on the website.
